Attendance is free and open to the public. To avoid long lines, we highly recommend pre-registering through our website. *Please note there are costs associated with attending the Business Champions breakfast and luncheon in the ballroom. Pre-registration for these events is required. Please inquire.

In 2011, over 4,000 business professionals attended the expo. Over 6,000 are expected in 2012. 58% of attendees were either CEO, CFO, COO, President, Vice President, Partner, Owner, Director or Senior Manager.

Parking
There is an 8-level Parking Garage attatched to the Convention Center. Additionally, there is parking in the Front Street North Garage which is located across Colmbus Boulevard and parking may also be found in the Connecticut Science Center Garage.
Business/ Business casual attire is highly recommended. Don’t forget your business cards.
Is the location wheel chair accessible?
The Convention Center is wheelchair accessible. It provides elevators at the street and pre-function levels and ramps throughout the Convention Center.

What attractions are nearby?
According to the CT Convention Center website (www.ctconventions.com), local Hartford attractions include the Capitol, Front Street, Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts, Wadsworth Atheneum Museum of Art, Old State House, UConn, the Connecticut Science Center, great restaurants and shopping.
What transportation options are available?
According to the CT Convention Center website (www.ctconventions.com), Downtown Hartford is a very walkable place. From Union Station (serviced by Amtrak and various Charter Bus Companies) to the Riverfront is about a 10 minute walk, on average. For greater convenience, the Hartford Star Shuttle bus is a free downtown shuttle that leaves the Connecticut Convention Center at the riverfront every 15 minutes. It takes passengers to all downtown hotels and by most restaurants, Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Saturday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
We highly recommend carpooling or taking public transportation.
Take the Star Shuttle! The Hartford Star Shuttle is a free, downtown shuttle bus that leaves the CT Convention Center approximately every 12 minutes, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Use the CT Transit Bus Service, it's less then $2.00 a person, and makes frequent stops right around the Convention Center!
